Gauge faults on these Mack clusters can sometimes originate from a faulty sensor, wiring harness issue, or J1939 communication fault rather than the cluster itself. If the cluster tests normally on the bench, we will still perform a full service covering all known failure points. However, if the problem returns after repair, the root cause may be elsewhere in the vehicle. At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)
