How This Works

Purchase, then remove the part from your vehicle.

Before packaging, photograph the part front and back (This is to help in the case it gets lost, damaged or scratched)

Pack it securely and include your info.

Use a sturdy box with adequate padding. Include the following inside:

  • Order number
  • Your name and return address
  • Contact phone number
  • Description of the issue
  • LED color preference (if applicable)
  • Vehicle year, make, and model

Gauge cluster repairs: Send the cluster complete with the lens and back cover. Do not disassemble.
Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.

Once your unit arrives, our technicians get to work. You will receive a tracking notification as soon as your repaired part ships.
