Confirm the fault before sending. The odometer not counting on these clusters is a known internal circuit failure — if the tachometer works but hours are not accumulating, the cluster is the cause. Before sending, confirm the tachometer is operating normally. If both the tachometer and odometer are non-functional, contact us first as this may indicate a different fault or a power issue. - You are responsible for packaging your part securely so it will not be damaged in shipping. If we receive it damaged we will always send you a picture.
- Very rarely, we may encounter an issue that we are unable to repair. In this case, we can send it back to you or you will have the option to donate it to us for parts.

After purchase, carefully remove the unit from your vehicle.
At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)

Securely pack your unit, using a suitable box so that your unit will not get damaged during shipment. Include the following Information:

- Include Order # (on the box)
- Return Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Description of Issues with your unit
- Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
- LED COLOR (if you are purchasing a service that includes LEDs)
Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.
