This is a repair service, not a part for sale. Purchase this listing, ship your monitor display to us, and we will return it fully repaired within 1–2 business days of receipt. A new OEM replacement runs close to $1,000 — our repair is a fraction of that cost.

Diagnose your machine before sending. LCD display failures on these John Deere excavator monitors are most commonly an internal display fault rather than an external signal or power issue. However, if the unit receives no power at all, verify the fuse and wiring harness connector before sending — a dead unit with no power input is a machine-side fault, not a monitor fault. After purchase, carefully remove the unit from your vehicle.
At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)

Securely pack your unit, using a suitable box so that your unit will not get damaged during shipment. Include the following Information:

- LED COLOR (if you are purchasing a service that includes LEDs)
Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.
