Our 2011 Escape had an intermittent start problem that traced back to the cluster--you could tweak the plug and overcome the glitch temporarily. I was happy to find how easy it is to take the part out yourself. Sent it in and they turned it around in a day. Problem completely fixed! Dealer estimate was $600 plus.
Everything is fixed great job and fast
All good, repair solved my issue. Reasonably priced & quick turnaround
After months of trying to troubleshoot an erratic gas gauge and check engine light error code in my 2008 Ford Escape, I finally sent it in to Automotive Circuit Solutions after watching one of their videos on YouTube and seeing that the symptoms they described were virtually identical to mine. I've had the instrument cluster back and installed for several weeks now, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The gas gauge had been a problem for years (sometimes the reading appeared to be correct, sometimes I knew it was wrong, and sometimes it didn't read at all), and after the repair, I finally had confidence that the reading was correct!
The work was done in the time promised, and when I called them for a status, they were polite and professional. Overall, did what they said they would do and delivered as promised.
Excellent communication, fast service, and the work that was done fully solved my problems. If you are experiencing instrument cluster issues, Automotive Circuit Solutions is the place to go to. Highly recommend!
