  2. Securely package your indicator panel and ship it to us.
  3. We diagnose, repair, and test — replacing failed components and all known failure points.
  4. We ship it back — fully restored and ready to install.

If you have already attempted a repair yourself, additional charges may apply depending on the extent of the damage.

What Happens If Your Panel Is Non-Repairable

In the rare event your indicator panel is beyond repair, we will issue a full refund — or we can help source a replacement unit. You would only be responsible for the cost of the replacement panel.

 

Terms and Conditions

  1. This is a repair service, not a part sale. We do not sell replacement panels.
  2. You are responsible for securely packaging your panel before shipping. If it arrives damaged, we will notify you with photos.
  3. In the rare event we cannot complete a repair, we will return the panel to you or you may choose to donate it to us for parts.
  4. If any issue arises after you receive your repaired panel, contact us immediately. We stand behind our work and will make it right.

Warranty

  1. Most repairs include a limited lifetime warranty covering the work performed, unless otherwise stated.
  2. Domestic round-trip shipping is covered for the first 3 months after receiving your panel. After that, you are responsible for shipping to us. International shipping costs for warranty claims are not covered.
  3. Warranty is non-transferable. All customer data is logged and a warranty number is assigned for tracking purposes.

Step 1

After purchase, carefully remove the unit from your vehicle. 
At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)

Step 2

Securely pack your unit, using a suitable box so that your unit will not get damaged during shipment.  Include the following Information:

  • Your Name
  • Include Order # (on the box)
  • Return Address
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Description of Issues with your unit
  • Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
  • LED COLOR (if you are purchasing a service that includes LEDs)

When we receive the unit. We will inspect, repair and send it back within 24 hours of receiving it.
