My gauge cluster was promptly repaired and sent back. It has been in service for a week and doing very well, all lights and gauges working fine. Thank you
My odometer was dim and I looked at the internet and figured I’d give it try myself. Once I got it out and looked at it there was no way I was going to be able to fix it myself. Sent it to Automotive Circuit Solutions and they got the odometer working nice and bright again. I made a special request but they never replied nor did they honor the special request is only reason for 4 stars.
My gauge cluster was repaired and return shipped within 24 hours of them receiving it as advertised. A month later and it is still working perfectly. When I called with some questions I was able to promptly speak to someone that consulted the repair techs and was able to get answers immediately. Outstanding company!
Good and. Fast fix
Ford wants $400 for a new instrument panel cluster for my 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis. Because of you tube tutorials, and the wonderful folks at Automotive Circuit Solutions, I was able to take the cluster unit out myself, send it in for repair to Automotive Circuit Solutions, and re-install it successfully. It cost me more for shipping (overnight express at USPS) than it did for the repair itself, but it was money well spent. Had I chosen to do this through a shop, the estimates were from $400 - $1,000. I was nervous about doing this myself, I'll admit, but everything went back in right and now my gauges are all working properly. And I am not at all mechanically inclined. So ladies, yes you can! Just take it slow and take lots of pictures to refer back to on the reinstall. I sent the unit in on a Wednesday; they received it Thursday; mailed it back repaired on Friday and I got it Saturday. Yippee! I couldn't be happier and am feeling quite smug that I did this myself. Thanks, Automotive Circuit Solutions!
