Freightliner XC Fleetwood Gauge Cluster Repair Service — Medallion Instrumentation Systems
This is a repair service, not a part for sale. Purchase this listing, ship your Medallion gauge cluster to us, and we will return it fully repaired within 1–2 business days of receipt.

Problems We Fix
- Individual faulty gauges One or more gauges dead, stuck, or reading incorrectly while others function normally.
- All gauges intermittent — on and off All gauges drop out intermittently, then comes back on there own.
- One gauge taking all the gauges down A single failed gauge causes the rest of the cluster to go to 0 or become unresponsive.
Even if only one of the above issues is present, we will repair all known failure points to ensure a complete and long-lasting repair.
Not Covered by This Service
- Cracked or broken display lens Cosmetic lens damage is not covered under this repair service.
- Physical damage from prior repair attempts Contact us before ordering if the cluster has been previously opened or damaged.
- Faults caused by external wiring, sensors, or sending units Gauge issues caused by faulty senders or wiring outside the cluster are not resolved by this service.
- Severely corroded or water-damaged boards Contact us before ordering if the cluster has visible corrosion or has been exposed to moisture.

Before you send your cluster: Gauge faults on the Freightliner XC chassis can originate from the cluster itself or from external sending units, wiring, or sensors. Individual gauge faults caused by a faulty fuel sender, oil pressure sender, or coolant temperature sender will not be resolved by repairing the cluster. Intermittent cluster dropout, however, is typically an internal cluster fault. If you are unsure whether the cluster or an external component is the root cause, contact us before purchasing. We do not issue refunds if the cluster was not the source of the problem.

Purchase this service You will receive our mailing address and packing instructions after checkout.

Ship your cluster to us Pack it securely and include your order number and a description of the issues — which gauges are affected, whether the problem is intermittent, and how long it has been occurring.

We repair and test within 1–2 business days of receipt All known failure points addressed, needles recalibrated, and cluster fully tested before return.

We ship it back with tracking Tracking number sent same day your cluster ships.
Warranty
Repair Work
Limited lifetime warranty on all work performed.
Backlighting
One year — LEDs and bulbs have a finite lifespan. Replacement available after for a nominal fee.
Return Shipping
Covered both ways for the first 3 months after receipt. After that, customer is responsible for shipping to us.
Transferability
Non-transferable. Original buyer only. A warranty number is issued for tracking.

- This sale is for a repair service, not a part. We do not have any for sale.
- You are responsible for packaging your part securely so it will not be damaged in shipping. If we receive it damaged we will always send you a picture.
- Very rarely, we may encounter an issue that we are unable to repair. In this case, we can send it back to you or you will have the option to donate it to us for parts.
- If there is a problem with your cluster once you receive it back, contact us. We will work hard to resolve any problem.

After purchase, carefully remove the unit from your vehicle.
At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)
Step 2
Securely pack your unit, using a suitable box so that your unit will not get damaged during shipment. Include the following Information:
- Your Name
- Include Order # (on the box)
- Return Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Description of Issues with your unit
- Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
- LED COLOR (if you are purchasing a service that includes LEDs)
Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.
