- You are responsible to package your part in such a way that it will not be damaged. We will return it in same packaging. If we receive it damaged we will send you a picture and contact you to discuss options.
- Very rarely, we may encounter an issue that we are unable to repair. In this case, we can either send it back to you and issue you a refund or we can source you a replacement cluster and program it to match your mileage and vehicle configurations. Please note: If we have to purchase a replacement, you will be responsible for the replacement cluster cost.

Non-repairable clusters
There are some rare cases that the cluster may be not repairable. If that's the case, we will either issue you a full refund or source out a replacement cluster and transfer the mileage and vin data (you will be responsible for the replacement cost).
Warranty Info:
- All of our gauge cluster services have a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description). Warranty covers information displays, gauges, power loss.
- The backlighting is covered for one year due to the limited lifespan of light-bulbs and LEDs. After one year we will be happy to replace the lights for a nominal fee.
- Domestic shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after receiving your cluster. after that you will have to pay shipping to us. We do NOT cover shipping costs under any circumstances for international warranty claims.
- Warranty is not transferable if you sell the car. We log all customer data and give out a warranty # for tracking.

Service is great. When my cluster arrived it was repaired and shipped the same day.
Fixed errors part was sent in for, but the speedometer was stuck on 15mph. Had to disassemble and pull speedometer needle out some as it was pushed in too far.
I got it back 9 days later not turn around time that it said it would payed extra for it to be done faster but didn't happen but put it in works well everything works as should the first time I used you all for my brother's truck 24 turn around was very fast and it's still working great but on mine I had to call to see were it was at cause track number said it was on its way I kept looking and has left yet then it set in Indianapolis for 3 days but 9 days later I got it works fine thank you
