This is a repair service, not a part for sale. Purchase this listing, ship your Medallion gauge pod assembly to us, and we will return it fully repaired within 1–2 business days of receipt.
About This Platform Tiffin motorhomes on the Freightliner Custom Chassis platform use individual round gauge pod assemblies made by Medallion Instrumentation Systems — not a single panel cluster. Common configurations include a 4-in-1 air/oil/coolant pod, a 3-in-1 tachometer combination pod, and a standalone speedometer. Send us the specific pod or pods that are having issues.

Problems We Fix
- Individual faulty gauges One or more gauges within a pod dead, stuck, or reading incorrectly while others function normally.
- All gauges intermittent — on and off Entire pod drops out intermittently, then comes back on its own.
- One gauge taking all the gauges down A single failed gauge causes the rest of the pod or cluster to go dark or become unresponsive.
- Dead speedometer Standalone speedometer pod not functioning or reading zero at all speeds.
- Needle sweep issues Needles not sweeping on startup, sticking at a position, or sweeping erratically.
Even if only one of the above issues is present, we will repair all known failure points to ensure a complete and long-lasting repair.
Not Covered by This Service
- Physical damage from prior repair attempts Contact us before ordering if a pod has been previously opened or damaged.
- Faults caused by external wiring, sensors, or sending units Gauge issues caused by faulty senders or wiring outside the pod are not resolved by this service.
- Severely corroded or water-damaged boards Contact us before ordering if a pod has visible corrosion or has been exposed to moisture.

Before you send your pods: Gauge faults on the Freightliner FCCC chassis can originate inside the pod or from external sending units, wiring, or sensors. Inaccurate readings caused by a faulty fuel sender, oil pressure sender, or coolant temperature sender will not be resolved by repairing the pod. Intermittent pod dropout and cascading gauge failures are typically internal faults. If you are unsure whether the pod or an external component is the root cause, contact us before purchasing. We do not issue refunds if the pod was not the source of the problem.

Purchase this service You will receive our mailing address and packing instructions after checkout.

Ship your gauge pod(s) to us Pack each pod securely and include your order number, which pods are affected, and a description of the symptoms — which gauges are having issues and whether the problem is intermittent.

We repair and bench-test within 1–2 business days of receipt All known failure points addressed, needles recalibrated, and each pod bench-tested on FCCC/Medallion calibrated equipment before return.

We ship them back with tracking Tracking number sent same day your pods ship.
Warranty
Repair Work
Limited lifetime warranty on all work performed.
Backlighting
One year — LEDs and bulbs have a finite lifespan. Replacement available after for a nominal fee.
Return Shipping
Covered both ways for the first 3 months after receipt. After that, customer is responsible for shipping to us.
Transferability
Non-transferable. Original buyer only. A warranty number is issued for tracking.
Terms and Conditions
- This sale is for a repair service, not a part. We do not have any for sale.
- You are responsible for packaging your part securely so it will not be damaged in shipping. If we receive it damaged we will always send you a picture.
- Very rarely, we may encounter an issue that we are unable to repair. In this case, we can send it back to you or you will have the option to donate it to us for parts.
- If there is a problem with your cluster once you receive it back, contact us. We will work hard to resolve any problem.

After purchase, carefully remove the unit from your vehicle.
At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)
Step 2
Securely pack your unit, using a suitable box so that your unit will not get damaged during shipment. Include the following Information:
- Your Name
- Include Order # (on the box)
- Return Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Description of Issues with your unit
- Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
- LED COLOR (if you are purchasing a service that includes LEDs)
Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.
