Note
If you have attempted to repair your Audio Control Module(ACM) radio by baking the circuit board in an oven, our tests will determine the level of damage and potential for repair. If we assess it to be repairable, we'll fix it and return it to you. However, if the damage is too extensive, we'll contact you with two options: we can assist in sourcing a replacement ACM at your expense, or we can return the item and issue a refund, minus the shipping costs. The final decision will be yours.
2009-2010 Ford F150 (Lariat, King Ranch); If you have the big 8" display we do not repair those. If you send one in we will send it back and give you a refund minus shipping costs.

- This sale is for a repair service, not a part. We do not have any for sale.
- You are responsible to package your part in such a way that it will not be damaged. We will return it in same packaging. If we receive it damaged we will always send you a picture.
- The CD player portion of the ACM is very delicate and can get damaged in shipping. We are not responsible for any damages. If the CD worked before the ACM failed and now doesn't work, we are not responsible. As stated above, we don't repair the CD player portion.
- Very rarely, we may encounter an issue that will prevent us from repairing the unit. In this case we can either find you a compatible replacement(at your expense) or send it back and give you a refund minus shipping.
- If there is a problem with your ACM once you receive it back, Contact us. We will work hard to resolve any problem.

Warranty Info:
- All of our radio services have a limited lifetime warranty (unless otherwise stated in the description). Warranty covers work done to your unit.
- Domestic shipping will be covered both ways for the first 3 months after receiving your radio. after that you will have to pay shipping to us. We do NOT cover shipping costs under any circumstances for international warranty claims.
- Warranty is not transferable if you sell the car. We log all customer data and give out a warranty # for tracking.

After purchase, carefully remove the unit from your vehicle.At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)

When we receive the unit. We will inspect, repair and send it back within 24 hours of receiving it.Received my repaired ACM back within a week and the no sound issue is resolved. Works like new.
