Diagnose your tractor before sending. Display faults on these gauge clusters can sometimes be caused by a wiring harness issue, a loose connector, or a power supply fault rather than the cluster itself. If the cluster tests normally on the bench, we will still perform a full service covering all known failure points. However, if the problem returns after repair, the root cause may be elsewhere on the tractor. We test every cluster before return and do not issue refunds if you later determine the cluster was not the cause. Not sure? Contact us before sending and we will help you work through the diagnosis.

At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)
