- We do not guarantee your airbag/SRS light will turn off. If the light stays on after installation, another fault may be present (such as a blown seatbelt pretensioner), even if it appears to be working. A proper scan tool capable of reading and erasing SRS fault codes is needed to determine the cause
- We are not responsible for any diagnostic charges
- Money-back guarantee: if crash codes remain stored on the module after our reset, provide us a diagnostic report showing the codes and we will issue a full refund

- This is a reset service, not a part. We do not offer modules for sale.
- You are responsible for packaging your module securely so it is not damaged in shipping. We will return it in the same packaging.
- Very rarely, there may be modules we cannot reset. In this case, we will mail it back to you and you will receive a full refund.
- If there is a problem with your module once you receive it back, always contact us first before leaving feedback. We will work hard to resolve any problem.
- The maximum reversal for any order placed with us is equal to the total cost paid to us. You agree not to pursue legal action, personal demand, or any claim greater than the cost paid for the service. We are not responsible for missing original-contents property including bolts, nuts, screws, wiring harness, plugs, and similar items.

At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)

Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.
