This is a repair service, not a part for sale. Purchase this listing, ship your cluster to us, and we will return it fully repaired within 24 hours of receipt.

Diagnose your vehicle before sending. Intermittent cluster and dim display faults on the Saturn Aura share the same platform as the Malibu and are commonly internal cluster failures, but can occasionally be caused by a wiring harness fault, a loose ground, or a low battery. Check grounds and battery condition before sending. If you are sending for the odometer not counting, you must send both the cluster and the BCM together — re-syncing requires both units to be present. We test every cluster before return and do not issue refunds if you later determine the cluster was not the cause. Not sure? Contact us before sending and we will help you work through the diagnosis.

- You are responsible for packaging your part securely so it will not be damaged in shipping. If we receive it damaged we will always send you a picture.
- Very rarely, we may encounter an issue that we are unable to repair. In this case, we can send it back to you or you will have the option to donate it to us for parts.

After purchase, carefully remove the unit from your vehicle.
At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)
Step 2
Securely pack your unit, using a suitable box so that your unit will not get damaged during shipment. Include the following Information:

- Include Order # (on the box)
- Return Address
- Contact Phone Number
- Description of Issues with your unit
- Vehicle Year, Make, and Model
- LED COLOR (if you are purchasing a service that includes LEDs)
Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.
