Confirm the fault before sending. Odometer not counting on these Mercedes clusters is a known internal circuit failure specific to the cluster. If the odometer has simply stopped accumulating mileage while all other cluster functions work normally, the cluster is the cause. Before sending, confirm that the speedometer and other gauges are operating correctly — if multiple functions have failed, contact us first as this may indicate a different fault. Return Shipping
Warranty claims only — return shipping covered both ways for the first 3 months. After that, customer is responsible for shipping to us.
Transferability
Non-transferable. Original buyer only.
Odometer
Existing mileage is preserved — we repair the counting circuit only, mileage does not change.
Terms and Conditions
- This sale is for a repair service, not a part. We do not have any for sale.
- You are responsible for packaging your part securely so it will not be damaged in shipping. If we receive it damaged we will always send you a picture.
- Very rarely, we may encounter an issue that we are unable to repair. In this case, we can send it back to you or you will have the option to donate it to us for parts.
- If there is a problem with your cluster once you receive it back, contact us. We will work hard to resolve any problem.

At this time please take pictures of your unit for your records. (This is to help in the case it gets damaged or scratched up)

- LED COLOR (if you are purchasing a service that includes LEDs)
Packaging Guidelines: Please wrap your item securely with at least 2 inches of bubble wrap or protective cushioning on all sides. Please note that we are not responsible for parts damaged during transit; if your package arrives broken, we will contact you.
