Wonderful customer service and great product

I was initially send the wrong motor, and after a less than 5 minute support call, they sent me the correct one no questions asked. Worked perfectly after replacing the internals of my 05 f150 temp gauge motor.

OCM part saved me hundreds on repairs.

This stepper motor is marked FRAEN, which is the same OCM (Original Component Manufacturer) for the stepper motor that came out of my vehicle.
Item was sold at a great price and arrived as described and in a timely manner. Per Automotive Circuit Solutions' YouTube video, I used the parts from this stepper motor to repair the speedometer motor for my 2004 F-150. With parts, materials and some additional tools, I was able to perform this repair in about an hour for about $33, preventing vehicle downtime and cost of sending out the cluster for repair.
